CATHOLICS IN ACTION

Catholics In Action, Inc. exists to conduct a Christian Witness among the people of the Archdiocese of Louisville Kentucky and the Roman Catholic Church in general. The purpose of this witness is to encourage adherence to the truth as revealed in Sacred Scripture, Tradition, and the teaching authority of the Roman Catholic Church; and to work to restore the primacy of traditional family values in the lives of the people and of the Church.

Catholics are:

Pro-Life. Catholics stand up for and fight for the unwanted, the weak, the innocent and the helpless. Catholics understand that life is precious and should be defended from conception through to natural death.

Pro-Family. Catholics understand that marriage is a holy sacrament received by a man and a woman. Contraception is forbidden as this disrespects life and God's command to pro-create. Parents have the right and responsibility to raise their children in the Faith with strong Catholic moral values

Pro-Magisterium. Catholics are loyal to the teaching magisterium of the Church. The Catholic Faith has its teachings and to be Catholic means to believe and obey them. No cafeteria Catholicism.
